Bone broth has been made the same way for centuries: slow-cooked from bones, meat, and vegetables to draw out protein, collagen, amino acids, and minerals. Instant Bone Broth is that same broth, concentrated and dried into a powder that keeps in your cupboard and dissolves in hot water in seconds.
As a daily habit, dissolve a sachet in hot water and drink it straight, a whole-food alternative to collagen and protein supplements.
In the kitchen, use it exactly as you would a stock cube. It brings the same rich, savoury depth to soups, stews, sauces, and grains, the difference being that stock cubes were designed primarily for flavour, whereas bone broth provides nutritional value too.
Freja Bone Broth is naturally packed with protein, collagen, amino acids and electrolytes – foundational daily nutrients that support a strong, healthy body and help you look and feel your best.
