Ingredients

500ml Freja Sipping Chicken Bone Broth
8–10 Gyozas
100g edamame beans
1 pak choi, sliced
1–2 tbsp soy sauce
1 fresh chilli, sliced
1 spring onion, sliced
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds

Method

1. Pour the Freja Sipping Chicken Bone Broth into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over a medium heat.
2. Add the gyozas directly into the simmering broth and cook for 5–6 minutes (or according to pack instructions), until cooked through.
3. Stir in the edamame beans and sliced pak choi. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes until the pak choi is just tender and vibrant.
4. Add soy sauce to taste and stir through.
5. Ladle into bowls and top with fresh sliced chilli. Serve immediately while hot.
