Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy
Delivery
We offer shipping throughout the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Our delivery partners are Evri and DPD.
We offer standard Evri delivery (2–5 business days) and express DPD delivery (1–2 business days), provided orders are placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
In some areas, Evri and DPD may also deliver on Saturdays.

Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return an item, please contact us via our Contact Us page before sending anything back. We cannot accept returns without prior authorisation.
We offer a 30-day no quibbles returns policy from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition they were received. All individual packs and sachets must remain sealed.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products unless the item is faulty.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
Once approved returned items have been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Missing, Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 30 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
We may request additional information to help us investigate the issue with the courier. This may include confirming delivery details, checking with neighbours or safe places, or completing a courier claim form.
Depending on the outcome of the courier investigation, we will work with you to resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for missing parcels reported more than 30 days after the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
