Why Our Collagen Protein Blends Are Different

Most collagen powders are made from ultra-processed collagen peptides, in which the collagen is extracted, refined, and isolated before flavours, artificial sweeteners, and other ingredients are added.

Our blends start with bone broth, slowly simmered for up to 18 hours to naturally release collagen, protein and amino acids. It's then dried into a powder and blended with a handful of simple ingredients. No collagen peptides, no protein isolates and no artificial sweeteners. Just naturally occurring collagen and protein you can enjoy every day.

How to use it

Blend into a morning smoothie, stir through porridge, spoon over yoghurt or enjoy it as a shake after exercise. However you use it, it’s an easy way to add collagen and protein to your routine.

  • Enjoy as a shake

  • Blend into smoothies

  • Stir into oats

  • Spoon into yogurt

Frequently asked questions

Most protein powders are built around isolated proteins, flavour systems and sweeteners.

Freja Collagen Protein Blends take a different approach. They start with bone broth, one of the few natural food sources of collagen and protein, and are made with just four simple ingredients. There are no artificial sweeteners, emulsifiers or stevia.

For the smoothest texture, we recommend:

  • Blending in a blender
  • Using a handheld frother
  • Whisking thoroughly in a mug

You can enjoy it as a shake, blend it into smoothies, stir it into yoghurt or oats, or mix it into a warm drink.

Because we don't use emulsifiers, you may notice a few small lumps if it isn't fully mixed. That's perfectly normal and a sign of our simple ingredient approach. Blending thoroughly gives the smoothest, creamiest texture.

We use a small amount of coconut sugar to provide subtle sweetness without relying on artificial sweeteners.

It allows us to keep the ingredient list simple and aligned with our food-first approach to nutrition.

Yes. Freja Collagen Protein Blends contain no dairy ingredients.

They're made with simple ingredients and use bone broth as their source of collagen and protein. Always check the product page for the latest allergen information for individual flavours.

Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch after each use. Once opened, please consume within 3 months.

For best quality, use before the date shown on pack.
