Why bone broth?
Collagen is one of the most important proteins in the body, supporting skin, hair, nails, joints, and connective tissue. As we age, the body produces less of it, and most modern diets don't replace it. Collagen supplements exist to fill that gap but they rely on industrial processing: extracted from by-products, broken down, and powdered in a way that strips out any food context.
Bone broth takes a different approach. Slow-cooking draws collagen out of bones and connective tissue over hours, alongside protein, amino acids, and minerals. It's how people got those nutrients before supplements existed. No extraction, no engineering, just the slow cooking doing the work.
