Ingredients:
1 sachet Freja Beef Pho Instant Bone Broth
500ml water
1 nest of rice noodles
1/2 fillet steak
Handful of coriander, chopped
Handful of beansprouts
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 small white onion, finely chopped
1/2 green chilli, finely sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
1. Combine the Freja Beef Pho sachet with 500ml of water and bring to the boil.
2. While the broth is heating, cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions.
3. Thinly slice the fillet steak and finely chop the coriander, spring onions, white onion, and green chilli.
4. Assemble the cooked noodles in a bowl with the vegetables, herbs, and sliced steak.
5. Season the pho broth to taste with salt and pepper, then pour the boiling liquid over the bowl to cook the steak.
6. Serve immediately with sriracha and hoisin sauce on the side.
