We’ve made our shakes even cleaner and more nourishing by removing sunflower lecithin and increasing the protein and collagen, which means they may mix a little differently now. To help you get the smoothest result, we’ve shared four easy ways to mix them so you can find what works best for you.
Paste Method:
1. Add one scoop of Freja Shake to your glass.
2. Pour in a splash of milk or warm water, just enough to cover the powder.
3. Stir gently to form a smooth paste.
4. Add the rest of your milk or water, stirring as you go, until smooth!
Shaker method:
1. Add one scoop of Freja Shake to your shaker bottle.
2. Pour in your milk or water.
3. Tighten the lid and shake well until smooth - it’s a mini arm workout!
Blender method:
1. Add one scoop of Freja Shake to your blender, along with any extras you like - banana, frozen berries, oats or nut butter all work well.
2. Add in cold water or milk. We love ours with full fat milk or almond milk for a smooth, subtly nutty taste!
3. Blend until everything’s silky. If it looks a little frothy, just let it settle for a few minutes. Serve in your favourite cup!
Whizzer method:
1. Add one scoop of Freja Shake to your glass or mug.
2. Pour in half your milk or warm water (we love oat or almond milk for a smooth, subtle base).
3. Whizz until smooth and creamy.
4. Add the rest of your liquid and give it another quick blend. Let any foam settle. Enjoy!
